Welcome to Capri Web Services. These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for using our website and working with us. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Capri Web Services provides digital services, including website and application development, e-commerce solutions, POS software, inventory management systems, custom software, UI/UX design, branding, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, and related services.
The exact services, deliverables, and requirements for each project will be agreed upon with the client before work begins.
2. Pricing and Project Agreements
The prices and packages displayed on our website are provided for general guidance. Final pricing may vary depending on your project's requirements, complexity, and agreed scope.
Before a project begins, we will confirm the relevant details in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement. This may include:
- Project scope, deliverables, and estimated timeline.
- Pricing and payment schedule.
- Included revisions, support, and maintenance.
- Any additional costs or services.
Domain registrations, hosting, subscriptions, premium plugins, third-party licenses, and other external charges are not included unless expressly stated in your agreement.
Any project-specific written agreement will take priority over these general terms where the two conflict.
3. Client Responsibilities
To help projects run smoothly, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, necessary access, timely feedback, and approvals.
Clients must have the appropriate rights or permissions to use any text, images, logos, videos, or other materials they provide.
Delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines. Requests that change the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised schedule.
4. Payments and Cancellations
Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation arrangements, and any applicable refund terms will be outlined in the relevant project agreement or invoice.
Please review those details before approving a project. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership or usage rights for project deliverables will be established in the relevant written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client after full payment has been received.
This does not automatically transfer ownership of Capri's pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, or methods, or of third-party software, templates, fonts, plugins, stock assets, and other materials governed by separate licenses.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects may depend on third-party platforms or services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, plugins, app stores, or external APIs.
These services may have their own fees, terms, availability, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
7. Project Results
We work to deliver quality digital solutions tailored to each client's needs. However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, sales, leads, advertising performance, app store approval, or other business outcomes.
Results may depend on factors beyond our control, including competition, platform policies, market conditions, and third-party services.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to damage, disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it useful and accurate, but information may occasionally be incomplete or outdated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Capri Web Services will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any additional terms applicable to a specific client project will be set out in that project's written agreement.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our website, services, or business practices change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any applicable dispute will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
